Xavier Kieffer travels to the elegant beaches of Deauville in the Normandy to celebrate his old Parisian friend Guy Molyneux, who has just opened a revolutionary seafood restaurant. The establishment boasts an entirely eco-friendly menu sourced from a sustainable aquaculture startup.
