A body with a crocodile’s head is found in Malmö. Recently widowed detective Jon Nordh and his colleague Svea Karhuu – transferred for disciplinary reasons – are faced with a mystery. As more bodies appear, it becomes clear they’re dealing with a serial killer who stages his victims as ancient Egyptian deities and leaves cryptic messages behind. Panic spreads.
